We constantly update our team through events such as our Lakes workshop, where we had the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills on sustainable practices by working with SME’s. Action through purpose Our industry has the unique potential to solve a waste problem by diverting end-of-life foam from landfill and incineration back into our manufacturing processes. As an industry, we are the only ones who can tackle this challenge, and we have already proven it is possible. By unlocking the value of waste, we can achieve this within our existing capabilities – we just need to scale it up. This will require significant investment and robust stakeholder engagement, but with the right policies in place, we can make it happen and transform our industry for the better.
